Yes. We do not endorse nor will we participate in any form of mass emailing for:

I have heard that I can get in trouble with my ISP for doing mass email broadcasting. Will I get a call from my ISP?
No. Everything is on our network backbone. Our bandwidth. Our servers. You will not be getting any phone calls from your ISP because they are not involved in any way. We use our own SMTP servers and we do email broadcast campaigns the right way. We always give people the right to opt out and ensure that it is honored.
How many emails can you send out?
At peak and optimized hours, Bulk Email Broadcasting.com can send out about an Unlimited amount of emails per month. We currently have our own dedicated servers on our own network so Bandwidth is not an issue.
What is the difference between an HTML message and a text message?
HTML messages are messages that have pictures or graphics within them. The message is like a web page because the pictures or graphics need to be hosted on a server. When a person is viewing the message, the pictures or graphics are called from that server. It sounds technical but R.C.A. Internet and Email Marketing (www.rcainternetmarketing.com) does it all for you. When you upload your HTML message into the program, your message is hosted on our servers. For text message, most are regular text message with a link to your website and contact email. R.C.A. Internet and Email Marketing can do both.
Can Bulk Email Broadcasting.com design my HTML message?
Yes, just contact us and we can design your message for you. We will require the pictures and text that you would like to be in your message.
When is the reporting of my campaign expected using your full service?
Once your email list is broadcasted, a "confirmation report" that is detailed as described in our product page, will be emailed to you at the end of the 30 days from sending out the campaign, please see our Email Marketing page for more info. Our Email Tracker report will track your email campaign performance statistic for opens, clicks, sales and ROI.
Do you attach any advertising of your company on the email message?
No. Never. The message that you upload is what your viewer will see. We will not add or subtract anything within your message. We are a big believer in being seamless between companies and their clients. That means your clients will think that the message came directly from you. Which it did! The only tag your client or prospect will see is a statement asking if they would like to opt out from your future email campaign, they will click on the link to be removed from your list.
Does the "opt out tag" have to be attached to my message?
Yes, the tag does not display our name or where it comes from but the tag will be placed there for people who want to be removed from your list. We believe that each person should be able to interact with you stating if they do not want to receive your messages in future. We will not send out emails without giving the person the opportunity to remove themselves from your email list.
Can someone that opted in to my mailing list still file a complaint?
Unfortunately, yes. They may have forgotten that they signed up for your newsletter, or maybe someone is pulling a prank on them. It doesn't matter, a complaint is a complaint.
What is considered SPAM?
Any email that you send out that generates a complaint is considered SPAM no matter how or why. A complaint is a complaint.
How can I safely send Mass Emailings to potential clients or customers?
There is no 100% safe way to do it. BUT, if you want to do it, and cut your risk, follow these instructions:

Be sure to use the DOUBLE-OPT-In method of collecting email addresses from your site. This means asking the user to sign up, and then sending out an auto-generated email that asks them to confirm their desire to be included in your list.

Only use email addresses that you have collected yourself

Do not purchase email lists. These are almost always fraudulent lists.

Don't send the emails through your own web site gateway. Use a free to join third-party service such as VerticalReponse.com. You'll want a service like this anyway because managing opt-ins and opt-outs will drive you insane quickly, and it's just not worth it.

Spamming is illegal and if you plan to do Email marketing, you MUST DO IT THROUGH ANOTHER MAIL GATEWAY (service). You CANNOT send mass email marketing through your ClientReady web mail account or you will be subject to fines and your account may be terminated without a refund.
In other words, you need to sign up with a third-party email direct marketing company such as us at R.C.A. Internet and Email marketing or use a company like I contact or Vertical Response, thes other compnies are very expensive to use , but are available, to do your mass Email marketing.
The reason for this is that servers and web sites end up getting shut down when spamming complaints are received at our hosting facility. In order to prevent this we have a very strict anti-spamming policy. Even though a person may have signed up to receive email from your site, they may forget and complain anyway, which causes a spamming violation.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT! THIS IS SERIOUS BUSINESS DUE TO THE INCREASINGLY RIGOROUS ANTI-SPAMMING LAWS. YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND through your ISP.
You may also be subject to fines starting at $250 if you use your ClientReady email accounts for mass email marketing! Just Don't Do It! Hire it to be done for you.
